Is to answer your question, "Why does my body want to be fat?" We work with pre-diabetic women who's bodies are in chronic stress starvation response mode, on how to study their own body works, find pleasure and lose weight holistically by: 

1. Changing your limiting/toxic beliefs about low-fat foods & cardio exercise
    (mind)

2. Buying & Cooking differently; exercising differently & resting (body)

3. Enjoying the process & being grateful, thankful and feeling good that you 
    are o.k. NOW. (spirit)
