Pogo Panting Cardio (PPC) OR Predator Panting Cardio

If you want to do boring 'cardio' 3-5X a week for 60 minutes a pop, then this efficient fat-burning exercise plan is not for you...

Pogo is a pug.  My mother's baby. He can run about 15-20 yards then he stops.  Then he pants. Then he recovers.  But you don't have to run. PPC is an exercise component of The Minky Way. It can be taught in small groups and even while seated in chairs.  'Jest' for Fitness & Food will come to your location and explain how 'stressing' your heart & lungs for a slight time (exercising intensely then recover, interval training) is more beneficial for increasing your metabolism, your heart & lung strength & fat loss than long term, repetitive, constant-state 'cardio'
(no fluctuation in effort).

AFTERBURN=FAT BURNING AFTER YOU EXERCISE, HOURS AFTER!

You must agree to exercise at least 1 hour a week.  Usually starting out walking for 20 min. 3X a week; then up to 10 min. 6X a week. It is very versatile.  You don't have to do walking though.

The exercise can be done at the gym, on your home exercise equipment, or no equipment, outside on a track or in a park.  What's important is that you pant from time to time and then recover, fully. Repeat. 

**VERY IMPORTANT**If this is not a strong enough visualization for you...like you have a lot of weight to lose...you must think that a predator is chasing you, instead of a pug chasing a bird. 

Either way:  You must be willing to pant... To do things that others won't do.  It'll be short and it'll be worth it!  Call us now!
